The hotel bill:

- Hotel bill can be paid by credit card or cash. Hotel bill must be paid on the day of your arrival. All other expenses, if you make during your stay you can pay on your check out day.
- Credit cards accepted in this hotes are MasterCard, Visa, Maestro

Check in

Normal Check In time starts at 14:00 lokal time, but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later Check Ins (if arranged in advance). It is however, to drop off luggage prior to Check In if desired.  

Check out

Please vacate the room prior to 12:00 hours on the check out date. Staying in the room after 12:00 hours causes additional charge for stay.
Please inform the reception staff of a possible later check out before 10:00 hours on the check out date. Prolongation in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for the room required by third parties.

Reception and registered

Reception desk works 24 hours daily. Only a person registered at the reception may use the accommodation facilities at the Sverchkov 8 Hotel.

Visitors are not allowed in rooms after 11:00 P.M. In the case of a visitor’s delay after 11:00 P.M. or if a registered guest comes in the Hotel with an unauthorized person at night (from 11:00 P.M. till 08:00 A.M.) this person will be registered as sharing a room with the guest and charged according to the Hotel price list. 

NO SMOKING

Smoking is completely forbidden inside the house. 

Pursuant to the provision of the Act limiting the use of tobacco products in public and enclosed spaces, smoking is not allowed on Hotel premises. Any violation of this Act shall be fined.

Smoking is permitted outside the house, please use the ashtrays placed in the yard.
Additional benefit to your request
Please do not use flammables for heating, cooking or the like, irons candles, etc, in the guest room or corridors.

If you need additional sheets, hangers, towels please contact our reception desk.
If you need wake-up service, Laundry or ironing service please contact our reception desk.

Pets

Unfortunately we do not accept guests with pets.

Lost-found

Please make sure you do not forget anything at check out. Forgotten items are sent to the guests' address only at their request. Safekeeping lasts 6 months.
